orders & shipping

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is $3 flat anywhere in Australia, and free on orders over $20. We only ship within Australia at the moment.

We aim to post your order within a few business days. Once it’s in the post, delivery times are up to Australia Post.

if something’s wrong

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, email us and we’ll fix it — a replacement or a refund, your choice if the problem is a major one. We cover the cost either way, and usually we’ll just post you a new one rather than ask you to send anything back.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We don’t offer returns for a change of mind, simply because return postage usually costs more than the item. That doesn’t affect the rights above.

your details

When you buy something, Stripe collects your name, email and delivery address on its checkout page and passes them to us. We store them to send your order and keep a record of the sale. That’s all we hold — there are no accounts, and this site has no tracking or analytics on it.

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

At checkout you can choose whether you’d like the occasional email about new art and restocks. We only email you if you choose yes, every email has an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribes straight away. Choose no and you’ll only hear from us about your order.
